Fire Sprinkler System Inspection
Even the best fire sprinkler systems need to be routinely inspected to ensure they’ll be ready when needed.
At a minimum, you should have your system inspected once a year. AFPI provides inspections, testing, repairs and 24-hour emergency service for all types of fire sprinkler systems. Our experts perform physical checks to test water flow, fire pumps, alarms, deluge and pre-action valves, and much more. Written records of all system tests will be maintained in accordance with NFPA 25.
We service businesses in need of fire sprinkler inspections throughout New Jersey, Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania.
Quarterly Inspection
Quarterly inspections focus on supervisory devices, gauges, and certain mechanical tests as required by NFPA.
Annual Inspection
Annual inspections are a NFPA requirement, which includes a visual inspection from the floor of the exposed sprinkler system and thorough testing of all mechanical devices.
Five-year Inspection
Five-year testing is an additional NFPA testing requirement for certain types of sprinkler systems. The five-year inspection is an internal inspection of a portion of the sprinkler system piping and valves.
